Once you approve a Title/Meta/H1 suggestion in the Approvals queue, it shows up here with the before/after.

Analyze search data first, then return here to review the ranked evidence.
Every keyword or page opportunity your analyses have found, waiting for a human decision. Nothing here gets acted on — drafted, published, or otherwise — until you approve it.
Review each topic on its own — Create Content runs one approved topic at a time, so approvals are handled per row for full control. Approve is disabled until the Title, Meta description and H1 suggestions are all ready.

How MAAI's opportunity scoring, content workflow, and approval gates fit together.
MAAI turns your real Search Console performance into a ranked list of what to do next, then carries the ones you approve all the way through to a published, monitored page. The fastest way in: connect Google Search Console from Integrations, or upload a CSV/XLSX export from the Data Analysis page if you'd rather not connect an account yet.
Once data is in, run an analysis from Data Analysis — MAAI scores every keyword and existing page, and the Dashboard fills in with your real SEO health score, opportunities, and AI recommendations.
Two ways to bring in performance data:
Your CMS (GitHub or WordPress) connects from Integrations — that's where approved drafts get published.
Every keyword and existing page is scored on a 100-point model across position, impressions, search intent, commercial potential, and whether a matching page already exists. The result is a ranked, prioritized list with a clear recommendation — Improve Existing Page or Create New Page — and a plain-language reason, so you're never guessing why something is ranked where it is.
Keyword Explorer groups your keyword research into funnel stages — TOFU (awareness), MOFU (consideration), and BOFU (decision) — so you can see not just what's searched, but where it sits in the buyer journey and what content decision makes sense for it.
Once an opportunity is approved, it flows through Brief → Draft → Quality Check → Publishing. The brief is intent-aware and grounded in your Brand Voice settings; the AI draft follows it; Quality Check runs SEO, fact-check, and brand checks before anything is eligible for publishing. Create Content and the Content Calendar help you plan and batch this across many keywords at once.
Every keyword or page opportunity your analyses find lands in Approvals (SEO & Research → Approvals) with a 0-100 score and a recommendation (improve an existing page, create a new one, or no action). Nothing moves further — no draft, no publishing — until you approve it there. Rejecting or blocking simply dismisses it. Approved opportunities can be sent straight into Create Content.
The Monitor page tracks clicks, impressions, CTR, and position for everything you've published, so you can see what actually moved. From the Dashboard, Generate Report / Download PDF produces a real snapshot of your account — plan usage, connected integrations, recent analyses, and the same AI recommendations shown on-screen — grounded in your live business profile and connected data, not canned copy.
Manage all connections from Operations → Integrations: Google Search Console, your CMS (GitHub or WordPress), and notification channels (Slack, email). Connection status shown throughout the Dashboard — Connected Website, Last Sync, Connected Integrations — reflects these live, not placeholder values.
Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar → the gear icon (or Profile in the account menu) to open Settings. It covers your display name and avatar, Brand Voice (tone, formality, words to use/avoid), Blog and Landing-Page preferences, and TinaCMS draft settings on Solo/Team plans.
Accounts are Admin or Member. Admins manage users and see full account tooling; every role still goes through the same approval gates. The Governance page (Admin) keeps an audit log and compliance tracking, and Agent Registry lists every AI agent in the system with its recent executions — so it's always clear what ran, when, and why.
Quick answers. For anything deeper, see the Documentation.
Each keyword and existing page is scored on a 100-point model across position, impressions, search intent, commercial potential, and whether a matching page already exists — then ranked by priority with a clear recommendation and reason. See Data Analysis & Scoring for details.
Go to Operations → Integrations and connect your Google account. If you'd rather not connect yet, export query/impressions/clicks/position as a CSV or XLSX and upload it from the Data Analysis page instead.
They're generated live from your business profile and connected integrations — not hardcoded. If the AI service is briefly rate-limited, the card will say so plainly rather than show stale advice.
It moves to the next stage in the approval workflow — Draft → AI Review → Pending Human Approval → Approved → Published. Nothing goes live without that human sign-off. See Approval Workflow.
It's a live PDF generated on the spot from your real account data — plan usage, integrations, and the same AI recommendations shown on the Dashboard — not a pre-made file, so it takes a few seconds.
Open your account menu (avatar, bottom of the sidebar) and pick Light, Dark, or System under Theme — System follows your OS setting automatically.
Admins can manage customer accounts and invitations from Team & Access. Every account, regardless of role, still goes through the same approval gates before anything publishes.
Schedule this day with a new topic, an existing publishable draft, or just a note.
Add the rejection reason before this gate is marked as rejected.
